How We Can Use our Earth Experiences to Help Us Heal in Unconventional Ways

Let’s not fall into the trap of conventionality

Earth is a duality. She is hot as she is cold. She is black as she is white. And no doubt, she is temperamental and volatile, as she is stoic and majestic.

These are the characteristics, certainly the vocabulary words we might use to describe the planet, and in turn, use to describe ourselves. We are Earth.

I want to share an interesting meditation I had this morning. It was not profound. It was rather ordinary, in the scope of all that is majestic, but it was mine; therefore, relevant and important to me. I thought I would share in the hope that it might help.

Now, keep in mind that meditation is individualistic. I might share ideas while teaching, but for the most part, I don’t want to tell you what to think, see, or feel, while meditating. I will get you started and guide you through some concrete visualizations to help connect you to the planet, but I aim to teach a way of centering oneself using planetary energies as teaching tools. To do this, I use imagery.

By connecting to the planet to ground our energy to All That Is, our healing experience can become more attuned with our Earth/Body experience. That’s the idea anyway. We don’t…
