I read a book years ago which essentially said the same thing and I was so upset I threw the book against the wall .. It was called The Disappearance of the Universe or something like that .. the spine broke and I threw the book away in the trash.. who throws books away?!! .. and anyway years later after so many years ( ha.. there’s no such thing as time!) of working on myself I do understand. It’s all me . And this experience is mine to enjoy as I wish….this is my playground. 🤩💫
