I’m a new writer and I came to Medium without expectation so I feel very removed from needing this in my life, but ironically I have this needy view of Instagram which I also use .. and I have these ridiculous expectations over there. How weird? I think the trick to playing the game is to play for fun but not be out there competing and needing and expecting…but it’s so hard to do?! Isn’t it? I’m meeting some wonderful writers and very interesting people! Thanks so much for an interesting story!
