I am full of advice that no one listens to. And that’s OK. I don’t sell myself to sell my ideas.
I have this quasi-approach when it comes to selling. I’m not a hustler, boots-on-the-ground kind of author. I’m a “sit at the back of the bus and watch humanity trip over itself as it fights to be heard” kind of person. This makes me sound like a terrible snob or disenfranchised with people or humanity in general. And maybe I am.
But this amazing thing happens when you sit back and observe. You stop needing to be heard. You rest. You learn. You grow. You fluctuate. You find yourself more accommodating to yourself and all that you stand for and believe in. You belong.
